Firestone Complete Auto Care

We dropped our car off due to it overheating. We did not have an appt and they said next available would be 7 days. They actually worked it in and we also needed new tires. They did it all and we got it back in 3 days. We were so happy

We bought 4 new tires here June 18th. When our honda pilot was done, the man said he had trouble balancing the back drivers side. Drove on the interstate for the first time Friday June 26th since getting new tires and surprise, lots of shaking when the vehicle hits 70ish miles. We take it to a shop (there was no firestones within a 2 hour radius of where we were) We find out 2/4 tires has wires showing down the middle. We're on a vacation and can't just drive back to lafayette to resolve this issue. So we call, and the employee was NOT helpful at all. Please check your tires from here because 2/4 BRAND new tires look like this? We just had to spend an additional 400 plus dollars to continue on our vacation. Almost 1,000 on tires the past couple of weeks. Absolutely insane.

This Firestone did an amazing job of chatting with us over the phone and letting us know what our options were for replacement tires on our rental car. After some towing delays, Steven was a total legend for staying open a little late to get our tire fixed. Excellent service.

Jayse and the whole firestone crew was on the ball! Great customer service. We had dogs with us, they had 3 guys on our truck to get the job done( there isnt anywhere to hang out while you have dogs with you) with precision and speed. Best tire shop in lafayette. The tires were priced great and the warranty is amazing! Hope you have the same experience i had when I went. The managers name was jack and he was awesome! Even gave me a veteran discount.
